MERCHANDISE RETURNS:
Prior to returning parts to Belarus Tractor International for any reason, you must contact our sales department (800-356-2336) and obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. The return must be sent freight prepaid, with the RGA number clearly marked on the outside of the package to: 7842 N Faulkner Rd Milwaukee WI, 53224. Return parts will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. The packing list or invoice must be included. Items being returned must be in new and saleable condition and purchased from our companies websites or phone orders within the preceding twelve months..
PHONE ORDERS
We will not be responsible for errors on phone orders.
CANCELLED ORDERS
Special order items cannot be cancelled or returned. Orders will Not Be
cancelled or changed after it is printed in the warehouse.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS &
SHORTAGES
Any
damages or shortages not reported within 3 days of the delivery date will not be
granted by Belarus Tractor International.
SHIPMENTS:
All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service. We will not ship to PO Boxes..
